Our office is on the first floor of 14, Chittaranjan Avenue. This is an older part of the city, and the building reflects that with its high ceilings and thick walls. We’ve been here for many years, focusing on the production and design of printed electronics. It’s a very detailed kind of work that requires a lot of patience. The office is usually quiet because everyone is concentrating on their boards or their designs. Chittaranjan Avenue itself is incredibly busy and noisy, with trams, buses, and people everywhere. But once you walk up the stairs and enter our floor, it feels like a different world. We have a few specialized machines and several workstations set up. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about electronics. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our work to talk to you. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We get our tea from a local stall downstairs and sometimes eat our lunch together at our desks. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on getting the jobs done right and making sure the electronics work as they should. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way to run a tech business, but it works for us.
