Premier Infracon Pvt. Ltd is located over in the Badra area, specifically in Akhanskha Apartment on Sukanta Sarani. Our office is Flat K on the 4th floor of Block-B. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a blue moon. Being near Italgacha and Durganagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. You can see the rooftops from our windows. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for construction and infrastructure from this office. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our drafting tables and the computers we need. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the Kolkata traffic every day. We aren't the type to put up big billboards. Usually, people find us because we worked on a project near them or a friend told them about our office. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed but we do get serious when deadlines are tight. There’s always a lot of talk about materials and site visits. We keep it straightforward with our clients and don't use a lot of jargon. If a project is going to take time, we say it’ll take time. We value being clear about what is happening on the ground. That is just how we operate here on the fourth floor. It’s honest work in a busy neighborhood.
