Posco Engineering Construction Companey (South Korea)

We are set up right near the G-Nagar Bus Stand. It’s a very public spot. You can see the buses coming and going all day long. Being near a bus stand means it’s never quiet. There is always a lot of dust and the sound of horns. We handle engineering and construction things. Even though the name sounds international, our daily reality is here at the bus stand. We have a simple office. It’s mostly for the supervisors and the guys who manage the local labor. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different sites. The location is easy for the workers to find. They just get off the bus and walk over. We have maps and site plans pinned to the walls. They get a bit yellow over time from the sun coming through the window. We don't have fancy furniture. Just sturdy tables and chairs that can handle the grit and the heat. The weather can be a pain. When it rains, the area around the bus stand gets muddy. We just wear our boots and keep going. There’s a tea stall nearby that we use a lot. It’s a basic operation here. We focus on getting the structures built. The paperwork is just something we have to do. We are mostly focused on the steel and the concrete. The guys are always coming in with mud on their shoes. We don't mind. It's part of the job. It gets the job done.
