Pkr Properties Llp is based in the City Centre area, specifically at 19, Synagogue Street. We are up on the 5th floor in Room No 534 and 535. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the building sometimes, but once you find us, it’s just a normal office environment. We handle property matters, mostly focusing on the local area. There are a few of us here who have been working together for a while. We don’t have a fancy reception or a big sign. We just focus on the tasks at hand, which usually involves a lot of reading through contracts and checking property details. Synagogue Street is an interesting place to be; there is always something going on outside. The office gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make it work. We try to be helpful when people call, though we aren't always at our desks if we're out checking on a site. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a small firm in a busy part of the city. We have our routine, and it seems to work well enough for us. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, but usually, we’re out by evening like everyone else. The elevators are old but they get you there eventually.
