Philips Medical Systems

Our office is at Flat No. C2, 16A Fern Road in Kolkata. It's an old residential building that’s been converted for office use, which is pretty common in this part of the city. Fern Road has that specific South Kolkata feel—lots of old houses and small shops nearby. We work on medical systems from here, though it feels more like a home than a sterile corporate space. The rooms are a bit high-ceilinged and the windows let in the street noise. We use the dining area as the main workspace and the bedrooms for storage and specialized equipment checks. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the wires and boxes. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small plate. Most people who come here are technicians or people we’ve known for years. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the main roads. We spend our hours typing up service reports and making sure the parts for the local hospitals are ready to go. It’s not a high-tech looking place, but the work gets done correctly. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we sort through the daily paperwork. It’s just how things are done at this branch.
