We are based on the second floor of 6A Elgin Road, right in the Bhowanipore area. It's a busy part of Kolkata, and our building sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Getting up to the office takes a minute, but once you’re here, it’s a bit calmer than the street below. We handle property matters, mostly focusing on the residential and commercial spots nearby. The office has a few chairs and some old desks that have seen better days. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or trying to track down documents from various offices. It can be a bit of a grind, especially when the weather is hot and the traffic is backed up all the way down the road. We try to stay organized, but with so many different properties to keep track of, the desk usually ends up covered in sticky notes. We’ve been in this Bhowanipore spot for a while now. People come to us because we are right here on Elgin Road and easy to find. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the prices. Sometimes things move fast and other times we are waiting weeks for a signature. That’s just the nature of the business. We just keep showing up and doing the work every single day without any drama or unnecessary fuss.
