Paul Exports & Imports

Our office is over on Mahatma Gandhi Road, right near the Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people coming and going. Paul Exports & Imports is mostly about moving goods from one place to another. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or dealing with paperwork and customs forms. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary to keep things moving. The office is located in the Bakulbithi area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We have a lot of files stacked up on the desks and maps on the walls to track where everything is headed. Sometimes shipments get delayed or there’s a problem at the port, and those are the days when things get a bit stressful. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because we don't get many walk-in customers. Most of our business is done through long-standing contacts and referrals. We handle various types of merchandise, depending on what's in demand. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to checking inventory. We just focus on getting the job done without too much talk. The location by the hospital makes it easy for people to find us if they ever need to visit in person. We just keep our heads down and manage the logistics daily.
