Patton International Ltd(Plastic Division)

Out here in Vill-Kodalia, things usually move at their own pace. Patton International Ltd (Plastic Division) is tucked away on Musalman Para Road, right near the Shantinagar area. If you’ve ever walked down this way toward the Sonarpur police station, you know it’s a busy little spot. We’ve got the plastic division running most days and it gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially when the machines are all humming at once. The floor stays busy with people moving crates around and checking the stock. Most of us have been coming here for a long time now. The rain in South 24 Parganas can make the road a bit tricky during the monsoon, but we manage to keep things going. You’ll see the staff arriving on cycles or just walking from the local station in the morning. Inside the building, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment and someone calling out an order across the hall. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where the actual work happens. The tea stall nearby is where most of the talk happens during the lunch break. There’s always a bit of dust because of the traffic on the road, but that’s just how it is around here. We keep the logs updated and make sure the plastic goods are ready for the trucks when they pull up. It’s a simple routine.
