At Patton International Ltd., we operate out of a space C/O N.C. Roy. The address is 45/1B, Green Avenue, over in Santoshpur, Kolkata-700075. It’s right here in West Bengal. Green Avenue is a bit more residential than some other business districts, which gives our daily routine a different kind of feel. It’s a bit quieter, and you see more trees and houses than factories or huge offices. Our setup is pretty simple. We are housed in a regular building, and we’ve made it our own over the years. It’s not one of those shiny new offices you see in the papers. It’s got character, and it’s definitely a place where people work hard. We have a lot of files, some old furniture, and the usual office equipment. It’s just us doing our thing. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just know what the plan is for the day and we get on with it. Santoshpur is a good place to be based. It feels like a real neighborhood. Sometimes we grab a snack from the local stalls nearby when we need a break. It’s a very human way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we keep things moving for the company. It is just where we work.
