We are located at 2/1 Swamiji Sarani in Patipukur. If you know the Goalabagan bus stop, we are right near there. It’s a noisy corner with the buses always pulling in and out. We deal with infrastructure stuff, so our yard is usually full of pipes, metal rods, and bits of machinery. It’s not a very pretty sight, but it’s where we work. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around or talking to contractors who stop by. The office is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a lot of dust. We don't have any fancy decorations. There’s a calendar on the wall from three years ago that nobody ever changed. We just focus on getting the supplies out to the sites. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it's dead quiet. We like the busy days better. My nephew helps out with the loading when he’s not at school. We have to be careful with the inventory because things can get lost in the piles if we aren't tidy. It’s a local business, and most of our customers are from the same few neighborhoods. We know the regulars by name. We just do our bit and hope the traffic isn't too bad when we head home.
