Pan-India Impex Agency is located in the Panchwati Complex on VIP Road. Our office is 2-A in the Yamunotri Apartments. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s in an apartment building, but it works fine for us. VIP Road is usually packed with cars, so there’s always a bit of background noise. We handle import and export stuff, mostly related to the pharma industry. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything matches up. We’ve been in this space for a number of years. The office is cozy, maybe a bit too small when we have a lot of samples lying around. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just a small nameplate. The people who work here are local and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s a very simple operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time. The Yamunotri Apartments are mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down for our neighbors. We have a few computers and a lot of ledgers. It's not a high-tech setup, but it gets the job done.
