Our office for Pahal Real Estates Llp is over at 11A/1C East Topsia Road. We’ve been in this part of Kolkata for some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in. The work we do is pretty basic real estate stuff. People come to us when they are looking for a place or have something to sell. We don't use big words or try to act like a huge company. It’s just a local office where we keep our files and meet clients. East Topsia Road is easy to reach once you know where the turn is. Inside, it's just some desks and some old cabinets filled with property records. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites around West Bengal. Pahal Real Estates Llp isn't a massive operation. It's just a few of us trying to make a living and help people find what they need. Some days the weather is hot and we just stay inside with the fan on, working through the paperwork. Other days we are out all day. We know the streets around here quite well. If you drop by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and looking at a map. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We keep the door open most of the afternoon to let some air in.
