P. T. Impex

You can find P. T. Impex at 5A, Robinson Street. It’s an interesting part of the city to work in, with plenty of history in the buildings around us. Our office is pretty traditional. We’ve got heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. It isn’t a modern glass building, but it has a solid feel to it. We deal with imports and exports, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping schedules. There’s always a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk that needs signing. The tea guy comes by every afternoon, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk about things other than work. Robinson Street can get a little crowded with parked cars, so getting in and out can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We’ve been based here for quite a while now. The rooms have high ceilings which helps when it gets humid outside. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy keeping track of where our shipments are. It’s a lot of staring at spreadsheets and making sure the numbers match up. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs. If you walk into the building, you might hear the sound of old fans whirring away. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place where we just try to keep things moving without too much fuss.
