P C Properties Llp is located at 113 Block B, right on the 10th floor. We are in the 700016 area of Kolkata, which is a pretty central spot to be. Working from the 10th floor means we are a bit removed from the street level bustle, which is helpful when you need to concentrate on real estate contracts. Our office is basically a hub for everything we do related to property in West Bengal. We handle a lot of different tasks, from checking out building sites to making sure all the legal filings are submitted correctly. Real estate isn't just about buying and selling; there is a massive amount of back-end work that most people don't see. We spend a good chunk of our day at our desks in Block B going through those details. We aren't a huge corporation with a bunch of fancy titles. We are just a group of people who know the property business and work out of this 10th-floor space. Kolkata is a massive city and the property market here has its own set of rules and quirks. We’ve learned how to navigate those over the years. Some days we have people coming in all day, and other days we are out visiting properties across the city. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of various moving parts. We like being in this building because it’s a solid location for our work and we just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do.
