P And P Petcare Clinic

Our little clinic, P And P Petcare, is located at 8H C. N. Roy Road in the Picnic Garden area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when too many people bring their dogs in at once. You can imagine the noise when two big dogs don't get along in the waiting area. We spend most of our day cleaning up paw prints and making sure the exam tables are ready for the next patient. It is not a quiet office job by any means. There is always someone barking or a cat meowing from a carrier. The street outside, C. N. Roy Road, is usually quite active, so there’s a lot of background noise from the traffic too. We keep a few bowls of water out for the strays near the entrance. Most of us here just really like animals, so we don't mind the occasional scratch or getting fur on our clothes. It’s part of the territory. The walls have a few posters about different breeds, and the cabinets are full of various supplies we need through the day. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the computer is slow, and we have to write things down on paper instead. It’s a simple place, and we like that it feels like a part of the local neighborhood here.
