Outgrow Properties is based in New Alipore, specifically at 243-G in Block J. New Alipore is a bit more relaxed than the center of the city, which we appreciate. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage various property matters. We have been in this spot for a while, and it has become our second home. Most of the work involves looking at property trends and helping people figure out where they want to live or set up a business. The office has big windows that let in some light, but we mostly have the curtains drawn to keep the heat out. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of binders filled with notes and contracts. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional delivery or a client stopping by to drop off some documents. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address in Block J. We just focus on doing the work properly and keeping our records in order. Real estate around here is always changing, so there is always something new to learn about the neighborhood. We drink our coffee, answer the phones, and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about it.
