Our branch is located at 4/B on Khashmahal Street in Kolkata. This part of the city is quite old and has a lot of history. The streets are narrow and it can get very crowded during the day. Our building is an older structure with high ceilings and thick walls. We handle things related to elevators and escalators from this office. Most of our staff are technicians who spend their time out in the city fixing things or checking on installations. The office itself is used for the administrative side of things and for storing smaller spare parts. It gets very humid here in Kolkata, especially during the rainy season, so we just keep the fans running to stay cool. We don’t have a modern office with glass walls. It is a simple place with wooden desks and a lot of manual books. People come by to drop off reports or to talk about issues they are having with their equipment. We try to be as quick as we can, but sometimes the traffic in this part of town makes it hard for us to move around fast. The pin code is 700006.
