Osram India Pvt. Limited is located at 8 Vasundhara, which is on the 5th floor of 2/7 Sarat Bose Road. This is a fairly busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. Being up on the fifth floor, we are a bit removed from the immediate noise of the street, but you can still feel the pulse of Sarat Bose Road. The office is a functional space where we handle all the administrative and sales work for our lighting products. It is not a place with a lot of decorative flair. We have our desks, some meeting areas, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time coordinating with various people. It can get quite busy, especially in the afternoons when the phone doesn't seem to stop ringing. We are not into using big corporate buzzwords or mission statements. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. The lift in the Vasundhara building is a bit old and can be slow, so we often find ourselves waiting around and chatting with people from other offices. It is a friendly enough environment. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with the company for decades and others who are newer. We just focus on managing the business and ensuring the lighting orders are handled correctly. It is a regular office life, with its fair share of busy days and quieter moments.
