Original Residency Llp

Original Residency Llp is based out of Elgin Tower, which is located on the New Bata Nagar Road. If you are looking for us, we are in Block A, Flat Number 11 A3. Since we are on the 11th floor, we are quite high up compared to the rest of the neighborhood. It’s a large residential complex, so there is always a lot of activity in the common areas and around the elevators. Being in Bata Nagar feels a bit different than being in the heart of Kolkata because it’s a bit more spread out. We have a good view from our windows, and it’s usually quite breezy up here. The office itself is set up inside one of the flats, so it has a very lived-in, comfortable feel to it. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly just have our computers and piles of residency documents. We spend most of our time coordinating things and talking to people who live in the complex or are looking to move here. It’s a lot of administrative stuff, really. Sometimes we have meetings in the small seating area we set up near the balcony. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is taken care of. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, especially once you get away from the main road and the noise of the traffic.
