Origin Estates Pvt Ltd

We are based out of Plot No J2 in Block Gp, Sector 5. Origin Estates Pvt Ltd is right here in the Lake City area of Sector 5. It is a developing part of the city, so there is always some construction noise nearby. Our office is fairly simple, just some desks and a few chairs for when people come in to talk. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and paperwork. It can get a bit dry, but that is the nature of the property business. We walk around the different blocks a lot to see how things are coming along. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out, but we still try to stay updated on the local plots. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just a couple of us answering emails and taking calls. The flat lake city area is quiet at night, which is nice. We have a small water cooler in the corner and some old files stacked up. People come by to ask about prices or just to see what is available in Sector 5. We tell them what we know. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular place where we do our work every day. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some maps pinned up so we can show people where things are located.
