You can find us over at Oriental House on Elgin Road. We’re up on the third floor, specifically in room 3C, though the building address is 6C. It’s an old building with a lot of character, even if the stairs can be a bit of a climb sometimes. We work with lab equipment and supplies. It’s the kind of stuff most people don't think about until they need a specific piece for a project or a test. Our office is usually filled with crates and technical manuals. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We’ve been based on Elgin Road for quite some time now. The area is always busy, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in looking for parts. We aren't fancy corporate types; we’re just here to get the equipment where it needs to go. Most of our day is spent checking specs and making sure orders are correct before they leave. It’s a lot of paperwork and manual checking. We’ve got a small group of people working here who have been around for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is not always exciting, but it is important to the people who buy from us to get the right items.
