Orica, India

Our office for Orica, India is located at 15 B, Ballygunj Circular Road. We are inside Mousumi Apartment, unit 1 B 1, right here in Kolkata. This part of the city has a lot of old trees and those classic buildings that Kolkata is famous for. It is a nice enough area, though it gets quite damp during the monsoon season. The apartment isn't a dedicated commercial tower, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, and there is a lot of paper moving around most days. The sounds of the street come in through the windows, which is just part of the atmosphere. We do not have any high-tech security gates or fancy lobbies. You just come up and find us. The staff mostly takes the local transport or walks from the nearby stops. It is a simple setup for a company like Orica. We focus on the things we need to do and do not spend much time on the aesthetics of the place. It is functional, it is in a good part of town, and it serves us well. We have been in this apartment for a bit, and the neighbors are used to us being there. We just go about our business and keep the office running as best as we can every day.
