Onflow Realtors Private Limited is over on Elliot Road, not too far from the Park Street area. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always noise from the traffic and the people outside. Our office at 118 is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we do. We deal with real estate all over this side of town. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to track down documents from the municipal office. It can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't try to be anything we're not. We're just a group of people who know the local market and try to get things done right. People come to us when they need a place to rent or if they’re looking to invest in something nearby. We give them the facts as we see them. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening and old buildings getting fixed up. It’s interesting to be in the middle of it all. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. We just keep moving forward, handling the properties and making sure the details are sorted out for everyone involved.
