Our spot is right at 14 Ultadanga Road. It’s a place that stays fairly busy from morning until the evening. If you know the area, you know how the traffic gets around here, but it’s a good place to be for a realty business. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on property prices in the different blocks. The office itself is simple. We didn't spend much on decorating because we are usually out of the office more than we are in it. Someone is always coming in with a question about a flat or a piece of land nearby. We just use basic desks and a few old computers that occasionally act up when we are trying to print out contracts. It gets a bit loud with the horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a while. One Idea Realty is basically just a few of us trying to make sense of the local market. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for clients to show up. Sometimes they are late because of the jams on the road, which is just part of living in this city. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a door and some space to sit down and talk. It is a very straightforward way of working, focusing on what’s available on the market right now.
