We are more about the machinery and the output. My desk is usually covered in maintenance logs and invoices for spare parts. Running a crusher in a place like Kolkata means dealing with a lot of logistics and making sure the trucks can get in and out of the Sarsuna area without too much trouble. We don't spend time on marketing talk or trying to sound like a multinational. We just focus on the quality of the grit and the stones we produce.
