Ohaiva Agro Pvt. Ltd. is based over on Shakespeare Sarani. We are on the first floor of the New B K Market building. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise coming from the street. Our office isn't massive, but it works for what we do with agro products. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets to keep track of everything. The market downstairs can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find the stairs to the first floor, we’re right there at 16A. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines, just the basics like desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. Being in this part of town means we’re close to a lot of other businesses, which helps when we need to run errands. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the AC kicks in, but we don’t mind much. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now, handling the logistics and paperwork that come with the agricultural trade. It is honest work and we enjoy the rhythm of the market. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get to it. There is always plenty to do and not enough hours in the day, but that is just how it goes here. We make it work through the busy seasons and the quiet ones too.
