Novoflex Industries

Our location for Novoflex Industries is in the Raikva building. We are in Unit 506, which is at 3a Ram Mohan Mullick Garden Lane. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the Raikva sign, as the lane itself is quite narrow and tucked away. Being on the fifth floor is alright, though we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator because it’s a busy building with lots of different companies. Inside our unit, it is mostly functional. We have our storage racks for materials and a couple of desks where the administrative stuff happens. It’s not a fancy setup with big rugs or expensive art. It’s a workplace. We have samples of our products sitting on various shelves, and things can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. The light in the afternoon is pretty good through the windows, which helps. We have a small staff and we’ve mostly all worked together for a few years. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. The surrounding neighborhood is full of small industrial units and warehouses, so it feels very much like a working area. There is always the sound of carts being pushed or people shouting instructions down in the lane. We just try to keep our area tidy and make sure we stay on top of the orders. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know.
