We’ve been here at 65/1C on Khudiram Bose Sarani for a while now. It’s just a small spot where we handle computer stuff and technical things for people in the neighborhood. Most days it’s just us working through stacks of hardware or helping someone with a software glitch that’s driving them crazy. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a place where you can just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with your machine. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with cables and parts, but we know where everything is. We started North Point Infotech because we liked fixing things and figured we could make a go of it right here. It’s been an interesting journey seeing how technology changes every year. We try to keep up, but really, we just focus on getting the job done for whoever walks through the door. It’s quiet mostly, except for the sound of fans whirring and the occasional busy afternoon when everyone seems to have a problem at once. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us. We’re just regular folks trying to be useful with the skills we have. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just a local shop doing its thing day by day.
