We've been at 26, R. B. Avenue for quite some time now. It’s an older building, but it works for what we do here. Most people around the block just call us Nisc. It’s mainly tech work, sitting at desks and trying to sort out problems that come up. The office isn't much to look at, really. There is usually someone running around with a spare cable or some hardware part. We started out with just two desks and some old computers we found. Sometimes the coffee machine in the corner makes a weird noise, but it still works. It’s a busy street outside, so there’s always a bit of traffic noise coming through the windows. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you happen to walk in, you’ll just see us busy at our stations. It’s a small group. We know each other well enough. We have our own way of doing things. It’s peaceful early on, then it gets a bit hectic by the afternoon. We don’t really bother with long meetings. If something needs to be done, we just shout it across the room. That’s how Nisc Convergent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. functions day to day. We’ve watched this part of town change a lot. New shops come and go, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. It’s not fancy, just where we work and spend most of our time.
