Nidek Medical India Pvt Ltd operates out of 238-B, A J C Road and it’s a fairly central location for us. A J C Road is one of those streets that never seems to sleep so there is always noise coming from outside the windows. The building at 238-B is an older structure but it has a lot of character and thick walls. Inside we have a bunch of rooms filled with equipment and desks that are cluttered with pens and sticky notes. We spend a lot of time on our feet moving things around or checking the inventory. It’s not the most modern office in the world but it works perfectly for Nidek Medical India Pvt Ltd. We have a small area where we keep the bags and lunch boxes during the day. The afternoon sun can be a bit much so we usually keep the blinds pulled halfway down to stay cool. There are always people coming by with deliveries or questions about what we have in stock. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that because we are just focused on the daily operations here. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big shipment to deal with but mostly we stick to our regular hours. It’s a steady kind of life working on A J C Road and we are used to the rhythm of the city around us.
