You can find Nicco Construction Com over at 187/3, S. B. Roy Chowdhury Road. We are based in the Sarada Pally area of Nimta. Kolkata 700 049 is the address we’ve used for a long time. It’s a local neighborhood and we feel like we’re part of the furniture around here. The office isn't anything fancy. We have the usual stuff like old filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. Being in Nimta means we are away from the main city rush, which has its pros and cons. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with construction logistics. There’s always someone coming by to drop off a delivery or pick up some paperwork. We don’t use much jargon or have big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be built and how we are going to do it. The local post office is nearby which is handy. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded when the rain is heavy in Kolkata, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure the projects stay on track. We've got maps of the local area on the wall and a lot of empty tea cups usually sitting around. It’s a simple operation. We do the work, keep our heads down, and try to make sure everything at the site is going okay. It's a bit dusty with all the files but it's ours. We've been here for a good long while.
