New Lokenath Packers & Movers

New Lokenath Packers & Movers has been around here for a while now, located right across from the Sulekha petrol pump. We spend most of our mornings getting the trucks ready and making sure we have enough bubble wrap and tape for the day’s work. Jadavpur University is right nearby, so the area stays pretty busy with traffic and people walking around. Sometimes the heat gets to us, especially when we are hauling heavy furniture down three flights of stairs, but that is just how the job goes. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we keep our packing supplies and coordinate where the drivers need to go next. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or saw our sign while getting gas across the street. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs to move their house or just shift a few cupboards to another part of town, we handle it. There are days when the rain makes everything a bit slower, and we have to be extra careful with the plastic sheets to keep the mattresses dry. It is hard work, and my back definitely feels it by Friday, but it keeps the lights on. We know the roads around Raja S C Mullick Road like the back of our hands. It’s not a glamorous business, but someone has to do the heavy lifting and we are right here if you need us.
