New Era

Our place is situated in Salt Lake, specifically at Ha 44 in Sector III. If you are familiar with Kolkata, you probably know that this area is a bit more organized and planned out than many other parts of the city. We have a decent amount of space here in the office. It is generally quiet enough that we can actually focus and get things done without too much noise coming in from the street. We have been in this location for quite a while now. The office setup is pretty simple and basic. We have a few chairs for visitors, a couple of computers that we use for the main work, and a lot of books and papers stacked on the shelves. We don't really go for fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. We think it is much better to keep the environment functional and straightforward. The team we have here is small and close-knit. Most of us have known each other for a long time. We don't do big corporate meetings with slides. Usually, we just sit around and talk over a cup of tea in the morning to figure out what needs to be handled that day. We take on various bits of business that come our way. We don't have a big slogan or some fancy philosophy that we talk about. We just try to be useful to the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets really slow, and we just have to wait it out.
