Nestor'S Properties Llp is tucked away on the ground floor at 17/1E, Alipore Road. Being on the ground floor is actually quite handy because people don't have to wander around looking for an elevator or climbing stairs. Alipore is a nice enough area, though it can get a bit quiet in the afternoons. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need to do. Most of our day is spent looking at floor plans or talking to people about what they want in a home. We don’t have a big marketing department or any of those polished speeches you hear from big firms. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some of us have lived in this city our whole lives, so we know how the streets are laid out. Dealing with property can be a bit messy with all the legal bits and the different expectations people have. We try to keep things grounded. There’s usually a stack of newspapers on the table and some half-empty water bottles. It’s a real office where real work happens. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or a high-tech setup. We just want to get the job done and go home at the end of the day knowing we handled things the right way for the folks who come to see us at Alipore Road. It is a simple life and we are okay with that.
