Nesma Co. Ltd. Ksa is based out of Burdwan in West Bengal. Specifically, we are in the V.S. Para area. It’s a typical West Bengal neighborhood, full of life and sounds. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a place where we can sit down and focus on the work that needs to be done. We have a few rooms and a small space for keeping our supplies. The furniture is nothing fancy, just some basic pieces that we’ve gathered over time. We don't really care about the latest trends in office design. As long as we have a flat surface to write on and a place to sit, we are fine. We take our time with things and make sure we don't rush into mistakes. It’s better to do it right the first time, even if it takes a bit longer. We don't have a big team, so everyone knows exactly what is happening at all times. It makes communication easy since we can just shout across the room if we need something. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather or the local news when things are quiet. We aren't a big, cold company. We are just a few people trying to make a living in V.S. Para. That’s the reality of it, and we are quite okay with that.
