You’ll find Neozan Strip Ltd over at 485/3 Shastri Nagar in the Thatipur area of Morar, Gwalior. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been a part of this community for a good while now. We deal with metal strips and various types of metal work for different local projects. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks like cutting, measuring, and making sure the machines are running like they should be without breaking down. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the street, just a functional space where we get the orders filled and loaded onto trucks. Gwalior can get really hot in the summer, and the workshop definitely feels it, but we keep the fans going and stay on task as best we can. We don’t have a big fancy website or a dedicated sales team to hunt for business. Usually, it’s just someone coming in with a specific requirement and us seeing if we have the material to match it. There are days when the old machines act up or the raw material doesn't arrive on time, which is frustrating for everyone, but we deal with it and move on. It’s just a small team of us working here every day. We don't go in for big speeches or corporate talk about our goals. We just focus on the metal and making sure the dimensions are exactly what the customer asked for. It’s a decent, simple business kept practical.
