Our spot in Howrah is at 234 Netaji Subhas Road. It’s a well-known road in the 711101 area of West Bengal. Things are always moving around here. The office is tucked into an older building that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy enough for us. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of old desks and newer computers. We don't try to look like a high-tech startup because we aren't. We are just Neo Built Corporation. Most of the folks working here have lived in Howrah their whole lives. We understand the local way of doing things. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, especially with all the trucks and buses going past, but that’s just life on Netaji Subhas Road. We do a lot of our thinking and planning at these desks. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people and get the work finished. If something breaks, we fix it. If a plan needs changing, we change it. It’s a straightforward approach to a busy world. We’re just glad to have a place to work and some good people around us to help get things done. Every day is different, which keeps it interesting.
