Nascent Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Memanpur, near Vivekananda Pally in Maheshtala. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff who come in from further parts of South 24 Parganas, but we’ve gotten used to the commute over the years. Kolkata has a way of being both loud and quiet at the same time depending on which lane you turn into. Our office is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a business hub. You hear the sounds of the local market and the kids playing nearby while we’re inside working through our files. We have been sitting at this same spot in West Bengal for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the gate squeaks every time someone walks through it, but it feels like home to us. We don’t bother with much of the modern office decor that you see in the city center. We prefer having our desks cluttered with real work instead of just looking organized for show. Every morning starts with the same routine of opening the shutters and checking the mail that came in. It is a plain way of doing things, but it works for the group we have here. We just stay busy with the tasks at hand until it is time to head home. We enjoy the local atmosphere here in Maheshtala and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
