L G W Ltd is situated over in Narayanpur, right near the post office. It’s part of the Rajarhat Gopalpur area, but it feels a bit different from the newer parts of the city. We’ve been at this location for quite a while. The building is a bit older and has that solid, heavy look to it. Being near the post office means there’s always people walking by, and we get to know the neighbors pretty well. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have the usual desks, some old wooden cabinets for the files, and a few chairs for visitors that have seen better days. The walls have some marks on them from moving crates around, and we don't really bother with any decorations. It’s a place for working, not for showing off. The rain in Narayanpur can be quite heavy, and sometimes the roof makes a lot of noise, but we just keep at our tasks. We have a small group of people here, and most of us live nearby, so it’s a short walk or a quick ride to get in. We don't use any fancy systems or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk across the room to get things sorted out. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it like this for years without needing to change much. We like the area and the people who come by to say hello.
