You can find us at 9E on B.T. Road. It’s a fairly well-known road, so we aren't too hard to spot once you get into the right neighborhood. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a typical spot where we store and manage various appliances. We’ve spent a lot of years here, seeing the traffic change and the area grow. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and boxes. We deal with a lot of different home items, so there is always something being moved or checked. The staff here has been around for ages, so we all know the routine pretty well. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stock, but we manage to keep things moving. We don’t have a big sales floor with bright lights. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the appliances are ready and the logistics are sorted out. On a hot day, we usually have a few fans going, and there is always someone heading out for a tea break at the corner stall. We like it this way—just a regular group of people doing a regular job. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do at Multiplex Appliance Pvt. Ltd. We just look after the appliances and make sure the business keeps running day after day. It’s a bit noisy being so close to B.T. Road, but we’re used to it by now. It isn't much, but it’s our daily life and we like it just fine.
