Muchos Global Cocina

Muchos Global Cocina is tucked away at Ground Floor, 5, Ramani Chatterjee Street in Ballygunge. It is a nice little spot in Kolkata where the streets have a lot of character and history. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front making sure everything is ready for people who want a meal. The street can be a bit narrow, but it has a good feel to it with the neighbors walking by and the local shops nearby. Our place is not about being fancy or having a lot of gold-plated decor. It is just a ground-floor space where we cook and serve food. We have some tables and chairs, and the smell of cooking usually drifts out onto the sidewalk. Dealing with the daily deliveries of fresh ingredients is how our mornings start. Sometimes the kitchen gets pretty hot, and things get loud when we are busy, but that is part of the fun of running a place like this. Kolkata has a lot of food spots, and we are just happy to be one of them in this part of Ballygunge. We do not have a big marketing team or anything; we just hope the food tastes good enough that you come back. It is a simple life of chopping, stirring, and greeting people as they walk through the door. We have become a regular part of the street, and we know many of the faces that pass by our window every day.
