We’re over in South Kolkata, specifically in Garia. Our office is part of the Victoria Greens complex at 385 Garia Main Road. If you know the area, it’s a pretty well-known residential and commercial mix. We are up in Block E-1, specifically in Flat 403. It’s more of a converted space than a traditional corporate tower, which suits us just fine. Ual Industries has been using this space for a while now to manage our administrative side. Garia Main Road is always packed with people and shops, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. Being in a flat means it’s a bit more relaxed than a big glass building. We’ve got our files, our desks, and a small area for tea. It’s where the planning happens before anything goes out. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. You take the lift up to the fourth floor and we’re right there. It’s a practical setup for a business in Kolkata. The traffic downstairs can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. It’s just a standard office where we handle the industry paperwork. Nothing too special to look at, but it’s where the real work gets done. We like the neighborhood because everything you need is within walking distance, from the market to the local snacks. It makes the long work days go by a bit faster.
