We’re located over in the Baridih area of Jamshedpur, specifically in the staff quarters near the ADM Hospital. It’s a familiar part of town for anyone who’s lived here a while. The office is basically a house that’s been turned into a workspace, so it has a very different feel than those big glass buildings. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—kids playing, people heading to the hospital, and the usual traffic. We deal with steel-related work, so there’s always a lot of technical talk happening around the desks. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve mostly lived in Jamshedpur our whole lives. We don't have fancy meetings with catering. Usually, it's just someone bringing in a box of biscuits to share while we go over the numbers. The walls have some old calendars and charts pinned up. It’s a practical setup because it’s close to where everything happens in this industrial city. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to coordinate with the main plant. But we like the routine of it. We just do our bit, keep the records straight, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady life here, and we don’t ask for much more than that. The work keeps us grounded and connected to the city's roots. It's just what we do here.
