We don't have a traditional street address for this branch right now, but we mostly operate through our email contacts like agni_ubl@yahoo.com or the gmail one. It’s a bit of a different way to run things, but it works for us. Most of the time, our team is out on various sites anyway, so a fixed office doesn't always make sense for everyone. We handle a lot of the communication digitally. It’s a lot of back and forth with files, photos from the field, and updates on how things are moving along. You’d think it would be harder to keep track of everyone, but we’ve got a system that works. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes an email gets missed or a reply takes longer than it should because someone is in a remote area with bad signal. But we manage. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge reception desk. It’s just us, the people doing the actual work and checking our inboxes when we can. We try to be direct and just get to the point. When we aren't at a computer, we’re usually wearing hard hats somewhere. This way of working lets us be more flexible. It’s just how this specific unit of the construction company operates. It’s practical and keeps things moving without the overhead of a fancy building. Mostly we just keep going day by day and focusing on the projects.
