Arindam Biswas is the person you’ll usually find here managing the day-to-day things. Bijoygarh is a classic Kolkata neighborhood near Jadavpur, full of narrow lanes and old houses. Our office has that same traditional feel. It isn't a modern office building; it’s a place with character and history. There is always the sound of rickshaws and people talking outside. Inside, it's pretty quiet with just the hum of a couple of computers. We have stacks of paper and old files that tell the story of how long we've been doing this.
