M/S Feroz Khan & Co.

Our place is at L/14, Gulsan Colony, in the West Chowbaga area. It’s a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. M/S Feroz Khan & Co. is basically a small team of us working in a space that’s been our home for years. West Chowbaga has a specific feel to it, and we are right in the thick of the local activity. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy to get attention. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve lived in Gulsan Colony their whole life. The work we do is mostly about fixing things and making sure parts fit together like they should. It’s practical, hands-on stuff. On any given afternoon, you’ll find us surrounded by components and tools. We don't have a lot of fancy technology; we rely more on what we've learned over the years. The shop can get pretty crowded when we have a big order, but we manage to find our way around the piles. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We talk to our customers like neighbors because that’s often what they are. There’s no scripted greeting when you walk in, just us asking what you need. We keep the doors open to let some air in, and we just keep at it until the sun goes down. It’s a simple life at L/14, and we wouldn't change it.
