Mohan Telecom Projects Pvt Ltd

Even though the name says Mohan Telecom Projects Pvt Ltd, we are actually located in a very small village called Baswa. It is in the Birbhum district of West Bengal. Our address is simply Village Baswa, Post Baswa, under the Margram police station. Being out here in the countryside is very different from being in a big city. The pace of life is slower and we have to be more resourceful because we can't just run to a store for every little thing. We handle telecom projects across this region, which involves a lot of traveling to remote areas where signals are weak or non-existent. Our office in the village is where we coordinate everything. It’s a simple building and we often have to deal with power cuts, especially during the stormy season. We don't have a lot of the luxuries that city offices have, but we get the job done regardless. The people here in Birbhum are hardworking and we try to reflect that in our own work. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because nobody here would care for it. We just talk like regular people and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it’s tough being far away from the big hubs, but we like the quiet of the village and the way everyone knows everyone else. It makes the business feel more like a family.
