Module Properties Pvt Ltd

We are over at Lake Garden Road, right near Sarat Bose Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been at this spot for a while now. Module Properties is mostly just us handling property stuff, looking at buildings, and talking to people who want to move or invest around here. The office is at P 240. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at maps of the city. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic on Sarat Bose Road, but we’re used to it by now. People sometimes just walk in to ask about prices or what’s available in the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate hierarchy, just a few of us working together. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to update our records. Kolkata is changing fast, and being in this specific corner of the city lets us see a lot of that firsthand. We’ve seen many families move in and out of the nearby lanes. It’s practical work. We don't do much fancy advertising; mostly it's just people knowing we are here at P 240. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. That’s pretty much how it goes every day.
