Modern Pain Clinic

Modern Pain Clinic is located over at B/40 in Rabindra Nagar. We’ve been at this Kolkata-18 address for some time, tucked into the neighborhood where things feel familiar. The office isn't very big, mostly just the treatment rooms and a small space for people to sit while they wait their turn. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, which is a nice change from the traffic and noise you get out on the main roads around here. We spend our days dealing with back aches, sore joints, and people who just can't move as well as they used to. There’s a lot of manual work involved, moving limbs and checking where the hurt is coming from. The walls are a plain color and we have some charts up to show how muscles work. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly it's just one person after another. It gets humid in the summer, so the ceiling fans stay on all day long. We know most of the people who live nearby, and sometimes they just pop their heads in to say hello. It's an honest living, helping folks feel a little better so they can walk home without limping too much. We keep our tools and tables ready and try to keep things organized despite the constant flow of patients coming through the door. It is a humble place but we do what is needed every single day.
