M.L. Auto Enterprises

You have to climb up to the second floor at No 10 Byranjung Bahadur II Lane to find us. We are right in the middle of G P Road, which is always loud and crowded with people looking for car parts. M.L. Auto Enterprises isn’t a very big space, but we pack a lot into those rooms. It’s mostly shelves stacked high with boxes that have been there for months. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so carrying heavy items down can be a real workout. We’ve been on G P Road for years and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit, though it’s always stayed busy. On rainy days, the lane gets a bit muddy and everyone crowds under the shop awnings. We mostly deal with trade customers who know exactly what they need. There isn't much space for a fancy display or anything. It's just us, the inventory, and the phone ringing. My father used to run things differently, but now we try to keep it organized with a basic computer system, even if it glitches sometimes. The light in the office isn't great, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a tight-knit community on this lane. We know the guys in the shop next door and the one across. We eat lunch at our desks most days because there’s always someone coming in with a question or an order to fill.
